After plugging in Khai's renowned virus-filled thumbdrive into my laptop, my laptop has gone bonkers, the screen turns black, I can't close certain windows, a pop up warning stating that my comp is low on memory pops up every 10seconds (even though I only opened two programmes )and whilst I'm typing this the lines before this is disappearing. Like, I can't see the words no more.
In addition to this, my Norton Anti-virus programme has expired and there's nothing to protect my computer now. And I can't find my norton anti-virus CD
It pains me because I have taken so much care to keep this laptop in good shape, handling it carefully, making sure it's cushioned in every way possible when I bring it out, cleaning the keyboards to get the grime and dust away just recently..etc.
If something bad happens to this laptop (touchwood), all my precious data will be lost, which includes school documents, personal documents and pictures and hundreds of important stuff.
If this computer fails to function, I would have wasted my parent's money and destroyed my convenience of having a personal device for documenting and gaming and whatever crap teens do. I would have given up something that I would probably never get again.
If something awful happens to my precious laptop because of PW, I swear I'm going on a killing spree.
